दोस्तों हमारे किचन में कुछ ऐसे मसाले और चीजें होती हैं जो व्यक्ति को डॉक्टर की दवा से पहले स्वस्थ्य बना सकती हैं. फायदेमंद मसालों को बात करें तो हल्दी, हींग, काली मिर्च जैसे कई मसाले हैं जो बहुत ज्यादा स्वस्थ्य के लिए फायदेमंद साबित होते हैं इन्हीं में से एक लहसुन भी है. लहसुन सिर्फ खाने को तड़का लगाने में इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जाता है बल्कि जुकाम, फ्लू, रक्तचाप, कैंसर जैसी बीमारियों से बचने के लिए भी लहसुन का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है और सर्दियों के दिनों में तो लहसुन के साथ अदरक और गाजर का जूस बनाकर पीना किसी रामबाण से कम नहीं है.

लहसुन में वो सभी औषधीय गुण होते हैं जो व्यक्ति को हेल्थी रखते हैं. सर्दियों के दिनों में हर व्यक्ति को सुबह-सुबह एक ही लहसुन की कली खा लेनी चाहिए, रोजाना लहसुन की एक कली खाने से पूरी सर्दियां आरामदायक निकल जायेंगी. लहसुन में अलिसिन नामक एंटीबॉयटिक मौजूद होता है जो कई बीमारियों से लड़ने की झमता रहता है.

हालांकि कई लोगों को लहसुन खाने में बहुत बुरा लगता है ऐसे में उन लोगों के लिए कच्चा लहसुन खाना बहुत मुश्किल हो सकता है, फिर अगर आप सर्दियों से बचना चाहते हैं तो रोजाना सुबह-सुबह किचन में जाकर लहसुन को धीमी आग पर भून लें और फिर उसे खाएं. एक बार भुने हुए लहसुन का टेस्ट आपके मुंह में लग गया तो आप बिना लहसुन खाये नाश्ता भी नहीं करेंगे.
